Overview:
Putup aimed to attract schools, hoteliers, commodity traders, wholesalers & retailers, etc., using multiple software systems into users of tall-in-one Enterprise Software.
Problem:
Enterprise software features are relatively hard to understand because of their technicalities.
The messaging needed to be clear and enjoyable for all users.
My Input ( Solution):
- I read, researched, and understood all features written in technical jargon and then transformed them into relatable emotional benefits during a feature-to-benefit brainstorm and strategy exercise.
- Eliminated technical jargon and made the experience relatable and fun.
